In this workshop Jerrine will teach a process on how to implement various techniques to complete one of seven selected Judy Niemeyer patterns:  A Touch of Spring, Golden Harvest, Sand Devils, Thistle Pods, Tropical Rainbow, Tumbleweeds and Witches Brew (a bed runner based on the Sand Devil's pattern) -- all available from Janean's Bernina locally or from the Judy Niemeyer Quilting website, www.quiltworx.com

The goal of this four-day workshop is to complete a quilt top by the end of class.  To accomplish this, the workshop will actually be only one Saturday a month for four months.

Jerrine Kirsch lives in the Tri-Cities.  She has been a quilting instructor for over 20 years and is one of 14 Certified Judy Niemeyer Quilting Instructors in the United States and Canada.  In her classes, students will learn Judy Niemeyer's technique on paper piecing.  This will consist of a process on how to implement fast and easy cutting, stacking, and paper piecing techniques.  Jerrine says that after completing her workshops students will be at an advanced level of foundation paper piecing.  She is a very patient and dedicated instructor with a loyal following of repeat students.

SAVE THE DATE!!!
September 12-14, 2013 Ricky Tims Super Seminar is coming
NOTE:  Please do not attempt to register at this time.  When details are firmed up we will let you know how to purchase tickets.

The Ricky Tims Quilt Seminar is a unique quilting event
You get: six sessions from Ricky Tims, two sessions from Libby Lehman, two sessions from Alex Anderson,
AND a concert with Ricky Tims for one low price.  And, if you get a group of friends together, the price goes
down.

The Ricky Tims Super Seminars are only presented in select regions so you won’t want to miss this opportunity while i t is in our area. Talk to the ladies at Quiltmania - they’ve been - and they love it. You don’t have to pick and choose which classes to take and which classes to miss.  You get to take them all!  Using a large screen format and theater style seating, these three Quilting Stars will teach you tradi- tional as well as contemporary techniques.  Also, you get a binder (over 100 pages) with all of the  instructions for the techniques you just learned to take home.

And, this adds to the Community Service projects that Tri-City Quilt Guild so graciously gives by serving as a
sponsor for the White Bluffs Quilt and Fiber Arts Museum. The more people that go; the bigger the donation.  Oh, and did I mention the Ricky Tims shop where you can get exclusive merchandise? Hopefully, you’ll be one of the lucky ones chosen as a volunteer. There are perks for that, also.  I understand there are lines forming to volunteer since you get vouchers to spend in the Ricky Tims Super Store.  This information is just to whet your appetite! There will be much more as the dates near.  If you would like more information you can go to www.rickytims .com and check out the Seminars topic.
